For our service staff, (hair artists, aestheticians) we offer the "rock star" treatment:

Assistants, all utilities, back bar, tester products and exclusive Aveda color and perms, Aveda Comforting Tea or Purified water for all clients, marketing, front desk guest coordinators who remind and re-book clients, salon maintenance, continuing education classes offered on a regular basis, and opportunities for career paths such as in-salon coach.  We take care of the taxes, the insurance, tip reporting, inventory ordering, and salon maintenance.  That's our job.
